The OEE server in a solution in charge of accessing the machines registered in the system. It is in charge of accessing via OPC their status and production data, allowing users to consult the production status in real time.
From the data collected and processed it is obtained:
- KPI in real time of the machine: OEE, UT, etc.
- Control of productive and non-productive time.
- Identification of the causes of unemployment in non-productive time.
- Automatic creation of work parts.
Along with the OEE server, TV screens were mounted in the workshop, where production information is displayed in real time.
