Challenge: The client wants equipment that can be operated by non-expert personnel, that has micron precision in measurements, that can cover all types of containers they have and that provides a specific report as laboratory quality control equipment.

Quality Laboratory tool for verifying packaging measurements.
Using 2 profilometers, one of them with servopositioning and artificial vision, the measurements that the client requires for laboratory quality control are taken. The containers automatically rotate 360º for inspection.
The equipment finally gives you a results report and also saves them in exportable formats (Excel) to have traceability records of the different manufacturing batches.
The process rate: 276 pieces/hour.
