Product: Plastic Jars (Vials).

Challenge: Without a doubt this team had 2 major challenges:

- Positioning 6000 pcs/h to be inspected.

- The detection of any deformation or smallest particle at 720º.

The parts come directly from the injector at a rate of 16 vials every 10 seconds.

The parts will be positioned and we will have to inspect 720º, the lateral area, base and mouth of the vial. 

The customer requests dimensions of the vials and detection of the following defects:

-Spots and injection defects.

-Deformations in the body and mouth of the vial.

-Ovality of the neck of the bottle.

-Burrs on the inside/outside of the mouth. Position of the injection point.

Cadence: 6.000 pieces/hour.
