Challenge: The client requests to unify control and marking processes, such as productivity and line balancing, in a single piece of equipment.

The pieces will be positioned and we must inspect:

• Control of the height of the terminals.

• Presence-Absence of latches depending on models.

Finally, the different faces will be positioned and marked using ROFIN laser marking.

The process rate: 360 pieces/hour.
