Product: Plastic Plugs.

Challenge: The client requests a dosing equipment that solves the multiple problems they currently had:

- Solve the problem of twisted plugs.

- That it has simple maintenance.

- Resolve the current problems of caps falling from the belt to the feeder.

- Solve plug feeding problems within the equipment.

- Solve problems in the horizontal movement system.

A simple transportation system (gravity drop) was designed and manufactured, replacing the existing transportation belts and simplifying the system and its maintenance.

 The process rate: 25,000 pieces/hour.
