Challenge: Design an agile line that meets the requested requirements and is capable of being run by a single operator.

Semi-automatic packing station.

The equipment detects the change of batch or order through an RFID reader that reads the initial part of the order. From this reading, all the information is extracted to print the labels corresponding to the boxes, select the appropriate boxes and order the instruction sheets to be inserted in the box.

The process rate: 200 pieces/hour.
