Client: Manufacturer of door accessories.

Product: Electro-Door Opener Mechanism.

Challenge: Given the lack of quality of the finished product in its manual assembly, the client requests a semi-automatic equipment for manual loading, but automatic assembly for 3 different models of door openers.

A semi-automatic Door Opener Device assembly equipment is designed and manufactured, with the following characteristics:

- Dosed with 1mm balls, placed and pressed on the main box.

- Automatic loading of the main box into the cradle from the belt/warehouse.

- Manual position for the assembly of 4 components. 

- Automatic pressing of components with 3 heads, one per model, with precise pressure adjustment. 

- Automatic unloading to a ramp. 

The process rate: 450 pieces/hour.
