Challenge: The client requires equipment capable of winding toroidal coils of two different models, with the capacity to accommodate new models in the future and with capacities of 900 pieces/h.

An Automatic Winding Equipment for 0.3mm copper wire on Toroidals for Multiple formats is designed and built.

The equipment is made up of an Asyril-type intelligent feeding system with robot-vision and intelligent vibration feeder, which allows us to work with any of the selected formats, avoiding errors.

Using a rotating plate with cradles, the toroid passes through the different stations where the torus is coiled, braided, verified by vision, the ends are cut and tinned.

As a point to highlight, the winding head, for its complexity, delicacy and precision.

The cadence: 900 pieces/hour.
