Challenge: Introduce flexible helical coils inside the cannulas and make the equipment adapt flexibly to different models. 

Design and build automatic cannula assembly equipment.

The equipment is made up of several feeding systems. A circular vibrator that feeds cannulas and an intelligent feeding system of the Asyril type with a robot that feeds the coils. 

With a rotating plate, the cannulas pass through the different stations where the coils are inserted into the cannulas, pressed and checked.

The cadence: 1,200 pieces/hour.
