In Deide we have recently acquired a Cobot of Universal Robots (UR3) and a classification and handling system from our partner ARS (Flexibowl).

The new UR3 of Universal Robots will enable us to obtain continuous and complete training for our technicians, while allowing us to train for those customers who request it. At the same time it will allow us to work with the ARS System (Flexibowl).
The new systems of classification and manipulation of ARS (Flexibowl), arise from the need to replace the traditional system of “vibrators”, which is usually necessary one for each type or measure of piece, by a flexible and modular system that joins a novel vibrator system, with artificial vision and robot, which allows you to quickly be prepared to work with a new piece model, with the consequent saving of money, space and time.
Therefore, faithful to this philosophy, we have created with the Universal Robots (UR3), ARS (Flexibowl) and artificial vision mix, a laboratory for training and experimentation of our technicians, familiarizing ourselves with the operation, performance, programming and scope of the new technological solutions, in addition to allowing us to simulate any process of feeding parts that the customer requests, to know in advance the viability and reliability of the system.
